"My Portal", also known as the "User Portal", is where your users can securely view and print out their past submissions made on "Login-Protected forms". The home page of My Portal lists every form, under every organisation that you have made a submissions in the past where your identity was known at the time of submission. Below is an example screenshot of a users view, where he has made submissions on two forms, belonging to an organisation called "North Sydney Shire Council":
Your users can then either click on "New Submission" to make another submission under the same form, or alternatively click on "View My Submissions" to securely view and print out the details of their past submissions under each form:
If you would like to allow your users to be able to securely login and view/print their past submissions all you need to do is:
- Specify your "Organisation name" on your profile page at https://www.globalpatron.com/admin/myprofile/
- Set your relevant forms to be "login-protected" (this will make sure your users are identified/logged-in when submitting the form)
- Any submissions your users now make on those forms will be available for self-service viewing/printing by your users. They can go straight to their portal by browsing to https://www.globalpatron.com/portal
