To increase the likelihood of emails staying out of spam or junk folders what you can do is:
- In your email client, add noreply@globalpatron.com and notifications@globalpatron.com to your list of trusted contacts
- And if your email client allows it, also add globalpatron.com as a trusted domain.
Sometimes the contents of an email can contain legitimate words that email providers flag as potentially spammy and this increases the odds of a redirect to junk folders too, e.g. if the email contains words like "Free", "Earn", "Opportunity" and other keywords, this can trigger email providers to categorise the email as potential spam.
Alternative
Form Submitters having access to view their form submissions:
If your users need to be able to view their own submissions only, instead of sending them an email notification they can alternatively log-in securely to their User Portal to view their own submission data that way. This way they can always reliably view/search/export their form submission data on their own, without being entirely reliant on their email client.
Form admins having access to view all form submissions:
If instead your user is an admin user who is meant to be able to view all submissions for a form, what you can do instead is in the forms "Users" tab you can grant them "Full Data Access" to the forms, this way they can always reliably view/search/export the forms data on their own, without being entirely reliant on their email client.
