If you're having trouble logging into the site, end up in a login loop, or the system is logging you out, here's a few things to try:
- First log out completely from the platform by going to https://www.globalpatron.com/logout/
- Then clear all browser cache by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + DEL
- Try to login again
- If the problem is related to an incorrect username/password being supplied you can also reset your password to a new one by clicking the "Forgot your password" link
- If the problem persists please raise a help desk ticket
