Descriptions of Roles
The following user access roles are permitted to be set for your forms:
User Management
People granted this role are allowed to edit or grant security rights to your form for themselves and others. This is an "Admin level role. Please use with care as this is a high privilege role.
Edit Form
People granted this role are allowed to edit your form, and all of its settings. This is an "Admin" level role. Please use with care as this is a high privilege role.
Full Data Access
People granted this role are allowed to view all of the forms submissions data and reports, but cannot edit the form unless also granted "Edit Form" rights. This is an "Admin" level role.
Submit Form When Login-Protected
People granted this role are allowed to view and submit your form when it has been configured as being a "Login Protected" form.
Submit Form With Offline Mobile App
People granted this role will see the form listed in their Offline Mobile App, and are allowed to make "Offline" submissions from their mobile or tablet.
