One of the unique features of this system is that any form which you create in the GlobalPatron platform is automatically available for Mobile Offline use. Simply create a form like you normally would, using the universal form builder wizard, then assign users "Offline" access to it under the "Users" tab so that they are allowed to use it in an Offline environment.
Your "Offline" user(s) can then download the GlobalPatron App from the Google Play Store, and see their accessible forms listed. They can then run these forms locally, collect submissions, and the app will automatically send these offline submissions to the server when in an internet available area.
