- Go to https://www.globalpatron.com/universal-form-builder/ (or alternatively from the main menu click on "Create New Form" which will automatically take you here)
- Now select the form type of your choice:
- Single-step,
- Multi-step,
- Conversational.
(note any form type you select here can be later used in "Offline" mode in a mobile app)
- Once you select a form type, the form will be created and you’ll be redirected to the form builder.
- Now using drag-and-drop, you can select the fields you want on the form.
- If you want to customize the forms appearance, click on “Themes” and either pick a preset theme, or click on “Custom” to customize the theme with your own background, form, and font colors, sizes and so on.
- You can preview the form in desktop, tablet and mobile view by clicking on the respective preview icons placed above the builder. You can also preview the live form by clicking the “eye” icon.
- Once the form is completely built and tested, you can start sharing it. To share the form click on “Share” in the top navigation.
- Once you start collecting responses, you can view and analyse the responses by clicking on the “Responses” link in the top navigation.
