The "Multiple Choice" field is useful for scenarios where you want the user to be able to pick one value from a range of choices, if you instead need the user to be able to pick multiple options you need to use the "Checkbox" field.
By setting checkbox fields to be "Half-Width", or by using structural layouts, and by hiding the label of the checkbox fields you can make some really nice multiple choice sections. Below is an example using three columns, but alternatively using one or two columns would give you more space between the options and generally flows better on smaller devices.
