You can increase or decrease the font size used for navigation text by clicking on the "Themes" -> "Custom" tab and editing these font sizes specified under the "Fonts" heading:
- Nav Font Size - For editing the primary text used in navigation
- Nav Font Size (2nd) - For editing the secondary text used in navigation
